About Coastal Clean & Care
A locally owned cleaning company serving Sarasota County — Monday through Saturday.
Our Story
Coastal Clean & Care LLC was founded by Santa Saldivar with a simple promise: show up on time, work hard, do it right, and treat every home like our own. From day one we've grown by word of mouth across Sarasota, Siesta Key, Gulf Gate, Osprey, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Today we serve nine ZIP codes across Sarasota County. We've earned a reputation for being dependable, detail-driven, and easy to work with — the kind of cleaning company you actually want in your home every week, and the kind of turnover team rental hosts stop worrying about.
We're a registered Florida LLC and a bilingual team. We bring our own family-safe and pet-safe products plus professional equipment. And we're open Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM — Saturdays included for rental turnovers.

Community
We're a Sarasota family. We hire local, we serve local, and we care about our neighbors.
Our Mission
Deliver consistent, detail-focused cleaning that gives families and business owners their time back. Treat every customer like a neighbor. Earn trust one visit at a time.
Our Promise
If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right. No questions, no excuses. That's how we've built a loyal base of recurring customers across Sarasota and Siesta Key.
